Stress has been described as "the response you get when the world doesn't do what you would like it to". The world has a habit of not always doing what you want it to ....so its important to learn how to manage your stress response.

It is widely medically documented that excessive stress can have an adverse effect on the immune system, and when "over-stressed" some people develop coping mechanisms that may give short term relief but over prolonged periods can have adverse side effects; examples being drinking, smoking or over eating.

For nearly a decade I have been working with people to help them to cope and where possible eliminate stress although its not possible to eliminate all stress from a persons life we can have a good try at it.
