To book
your appointment now simply call Sarah on

empoweringsolutions@hotmail.co.uk After you have booked your appointment you will be sent out
an information pack with a hypnosis CD recording which is to be
listened to prior to your appointment. Remember the CD is to prepare
your mind for your session and for the work to be done and is not
designed to replace the session although you may well experience
positive changes before coming to your appointment.
The
Consultancy Rates listed below are for appointments booked for
Monday to Friday, clinic hours are 10am till 6pm. For appointments
booked for evenings 6pm till 9pm or for weekends there is an
additional charge. For home visits or for corporate training rates
please phone for a quote. We travel both Nationally and
Internationally, travel time is charged at coaching rates plus
travel costs.

CONSULTANCY RATES |

Change Your Life Programme...An
appointment with change.
This programme is recommended for overcoming phobias, life coaching, anxiety, stress management, performance
coaching, overcoming depression and confidence sessions and for most most
behavioural
changes.
This programme consists of
a total consultancy time of 3 hours taken either as:
-
Preferably 2 x 90minute appointments or
-
An initial 2
hour appointment with a follow up 1 hour appointment approximately a
week later, or
-
If
you are travelling from abroad or out of London or for home visits we
recommend we work right through the 3 hours.
Please discuss these
options with Sarah. Should follow up sessions be required they
will be charged out a standard hourly rate of £150 per hour this rate is
only available to clients who have participates in the Change Now
programme, should additional appointments be needed it will be agreed with you at the
end of the Change your Life Programme..
Your
Total Investment for this programme is £500

1 hour appointment.
This is an excellent option
for new clients who may wish to simply "try out" the techniques
first before fully committing to a programme of change also suitable
for clients
who may just need to relax and don't require major life changes, for
clients interested in learning or experiencing hypnosis or NLP. An
excellent gift idea or treat for yourself.
Please note
this option is NOT AVAILABLE for weight loss or stop smoking clients
who will need to book in for the Stop Smoking package or Hypnotic Diet Club
options as listed below. This option is only available for one
session after which clients must book in for the Change Now
Programme.

| Stop
Smoking "One 2 One"
This programme consists of a total
consultancy time of 2 hours taken in one appointment. Please note if you suffer from
depression, excessive anxiety, if you are currently taking recreational
drugs or are or have ever been alcohol dependant we would need to
address these issues with you before dealing with the smoking. Please
declare this at the time of booking.

Total Investment for this programme is only £400 |
| The
Hypnotic Diet Club "One 2 One"
This programme comprises 3
appointments an initial 2
hour appointment with 2 subsequent one hour appointments the ideal
spacing is a week apart.
For clients travelling from further
a field or
from abroad it is possible to have the appointments at other intervals or in
one visit. Please discuss these options with Sarah. This programme is
not designed for eating disorders such as anorexia, morbid obesity or
bulimia, for these disorders please book in with our Change Your Life
Programme.

charges these will be made known to you at time of booking, we value
our time and do charge any clients who fail to show for appointments
