When contacting us for rates
and charges we will need to know what the issues are before
we can advise on the best course of action for you and the costs. We
always aim to make our costs affordable. Please
include a contact phone number with any e-mail enquiries.
Staged
payments are available upon request (for certain programmes) please
ask when calling.
After you have booked your appointment you will be sent out
a Welcome Information Pack which will give you more details about
what to expect, with a hypnosis CD recording which is to be
listened to prior to your appointment. Remember the CD is to prepare
your mind for your session and for the work to be done and is not
designed to replace the session although you may well experience
positive changes before coming to your appointment.
Standard
Consultancy Rates quoted are for appointments booked for
Monday to Friday, clinic hours are 10am till 8pm. For home visits or for corporate training rates
please phone for a quote. We travel both Nationally and
Internationally.
Please
note: There is normally a waiting list for our services of a few
weeks ( we do often have gaps and for emergencies we can often find
a last minute appointment).

CONSULTANCY RATES |

Personal
Enhancement
This amazing programme is a medium
term coaching programme where you will work one 2 one with Steve over a
3 month period to deal with any issues you may have. This is a programme
that has been used in the past by therapists and coaches who have wanted
to learn the skills of NLP and hypnosis on a one 2 one basis.
This programme consists of
:

6
one hour meetings over the 3 months.
-
6
one hour telephone coaching sessions.
-
Unlimited
e-mail access to Steve for the coaching period.
This is a very interactive personal
programme during which you will not only receive coaching but be given
coaching tasks to do between sessions. This is a programme that because
of the personal interaction is limited to only 6 clients per year and is
by selection. Please contact us in the first instance to see if you
qualify.

ChangeNow Programme
- A breakthrough session
This programme is recommended for overcoming phobias, life coaching, anxiety, stress management, performance
coaching, overcoming depression and confidence sessions and for most most
behavioural
changes.
This flexible programme consists of
a total consultancy time of 3 hours taken either as:
-
Preferably 2 x 90minute appointments or
-
An initial 2
hour appointment with a follow up 1 hour appointment approximately a
week later, or
-
3
x one hour sessions or
-
If
you are traveling from abroad or out of London or for home visits we
recommend we work right through the 3 hours.
Please discuss these
options with Sarah who will advise what is best based upon the
presenting problem. Should follow
up sessions be required they will be charged out at a reduced standard hourly
client rate.

1 hour appointment.
This is an excellent option
for new clients who may wish to simply try out the techniques
first before fully committing to a programme of change. Also suitable
for clients
who may just need to relax and don't require major life changes or for
clients interested in learning or experiencing hypnosis or NLP. An
excellent gift idea or treat for yourself.
Please note
this option is NOT AVAILABLE for weight loss or stop smoking clients
who will need to book in for the Stop Smoking programme or Hypnotic Diet Club
options as listed below.

| Stop
Smoking "One 2 One"
This programme consists of a total
consultancy time of 2 hours taken in one appointment. Please note if you suffer from
depression, excessive anxiety, if you are currently taking recreational
drugs or are or have ever been alcohol dependant we would need to
address these issues with you before you partake of a stopping
smoking programme. Please
declare this at the time of booking.

| The
Hypnotic Diet Club "One 2 One"
This programme comprises 3
appointments an initial 2
hour appointment with 2 subsequent one hour appointments the ideal
spacing is a week apart.
For clients traveling from further
a field or
from abroad it is possible to have the appointments at other intervals or in
one visit. Please discuss these options with Sarah. This programme is
not designed for eating disorders such as anorexia, morbid obesity or
bulimia, for these disorders please book in with our ChangeNow

Please note:
We highly value our time and to protect
ourselves from procrastinators, time wasters and other therapists
(we have had therapists in the past making false appointments...it
has unfortunately happened!) when you book your appointment you will
be asked to secure the booking with a credit card. Once your welcome
pack has been sent out to you with your CD should you then cancel
your appointment there will be an administration charge for the pack
and CD. Should you need to re-arrange your appointment we require 72
hours notice. There are no administration charge for rescheduling
appointments with the correct notice. Sarah will make you aware of
